Just checking in! and doing a promotional! got to pay the bills you know....

So, this is not a serious blog all the time as you can tell from the archives, but every once in awhile I like to promote a product or two. One of the main things that is most obvious is to have a plan of action, but after you've done the business plan or whatever...where to go from there. Do I sell other peoples products and earn a commission? a.k.a. affiliate marketing or do I take the bolder step and create my own product or service? Let's do a simple comparison of the the two above: 1: with your own product you make all the money and keep everything. 2: Selling affiliate marketing the product is complete and you don't spend all the time building it. 3: Affiliate marketers have lots of people selling their stuff. 4: Your own product is fresh new and innovative and needs to be introduced to the market. there are a million other reasons that could swing both ways, but for now lets focus on your own product. Just a little something that God laid on my heart that maybe someone needs to hear.... Philippians 3 is a very important chapter in the bible. For a lot of reasons: 1. It allows us to not only focus on our faith in Christ, but as to why believe in the first place. 2. We don't just have faith because because the law required it, we have faith because we believe. 3. There are people that need to see the light that you shine, that there is value in faith. Because we walk daily and strive for the prize that is the higher calling. In other words, We will be with Christ one day. 4. Of course there are those who do not believe but will make it their business to tear you down any way they can. It's also their purpose to distort the truth and twist it to their advantage. It's funny in some ways it's like running a business. There is always competition, and they are NOT there to help YOU make money. Be careful, stay alert, and good profits. Most of all stay prayed up.
